LEICESTER CITY jumped from bottom to top spot in Group C to boost their Europa League hopes with a victory over Legia Warsaw.

But violent scenes from angry away fans marred the clash at the King Power Stadium.

The 3-1 win over Legia Warsaw moved the Foxes from bottom to top spot in Group C[/caption]

Patson Daka broke the deadlock for the Foxes before James Maddison doubled the advantage.

Legia got back into it but Wilfred Ndidi restored Leicester’s two-goal advantage before the break.

No more goals arrived in the second period.

But the main talking point occurred off the pitch when a large number of visiting supporters attempted to charge through segregation and were fighting with stewards.
